The Urban Barefoot began as a case study into the applications of a barefoot mindset in a "normal" city environment. Ideally, we'd all live in the forest and run around with no shoes. That's just not a viable option for most.

The project has evolved farther than ever dreamed and taken some magically unexpected turns along the way.

What seemed like a physical body message has transformed into a realization that Barefoot Medicine is really about FEELING. It’s about being present with the world, as it is.

It is a commitment to experimenting with new ways of interacting with the world to create a “winning happening” dynamic so that we may hope to continue seeing humans exist in harmony with this planet.

I embody the archetype of a warrior and serve as a source of wisdom for the Aquarian Age. Drawing upon my knowledge of emotional and energetic bodies, I guide individuals towards unlocking their utmost potential.

Following my graduation from the esteemed University of Miami Medical School in 2015, I embarked on a profound quest to unearth the true essence of health, one that eluded me within the confines of the Western medical system.
In 2018, I made my maiden contribution to humanity by disseminating knowledge on natural foot health and the transformative concept of barefoot living. Concurrently, I established a Podiatry Business catering to foot and ankle care in South Florida.

Since then, my journey has been enlivened by numerous transformative experiences. I have immersed myself in various practices, including Vinyasa Yoga, Kundalini, Sweat Lodge ceremonies, Plant Medicine exploration, Possibility Management, Feelings Practitioner methods, and Community Design, all with the overarching intention of accompanying humanity in its transition toward a new state of existence.
Guided by the principles of Service, Adventure, Clarity, Vulnerability, Commitment, and Transformation, I utilize my platform, The Urban Barefoot, as a powerful conduit for raising profound questions regarding the narratives surrounding health, intimacy, and culture that have shaped our world.
